Hi, I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Through life experiences, I have taken a keen interest in women’s health, pelvic health (external), prenatal and postnatal and all things babies!

My therapeutic approach is client-specific with the ideology that all things are connected. I am always determined to treat the cause of my clients concerns, all while respecting the body’s natural ability to help heal itself.

Modalities used are a fusion of Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Neuromuscular Techniques, Swedish Massage, Mobilizations, Lymphatic Drainage and Osteopathic techniques.

As a part of my training in education, I apply the skills acquired in high-risk Antenatal Unit, Labour and Birthing Units, Maternal and Newborn Unit at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto.

I can’t wait to meet you!
